We’re excited to introduce an awesome change that many of you have asked for: Organizations! With Organizations, you’ll be able to represent your brand when creating and running tournaments. Your organization page will be the home for your brand showcasing your staff members, upcoming tournaments, and past events.

This is also where you’ll manage your staff. You can set Administrators, Moderators, and Bracket Managers. They will have the following permissions on any tournament you create.

• Owner created the organization and can edit anything about the organization. No one can change this role.
• Admins can do everything the owner can except delete the organization or remove other admins.
• Moderators can edit tournaments for the organization, but cannot make changes to the organization itself.
• Bracket Managers can report and resolve disputes by changing scores in the organization’s tournaments.

To further customize your page, you can set both a cover image for your organization and a sponsor banner.

Going forward, you’ll be asked to create or pick an organization whenever you create a tournament. All tournaments will belong to an organization. At Battlefy we really pride ourselves on helping organizers grow and consistently host professional events. As we move forward, we’ll develop more and more features for you to best take control of your organizations and grow them to being a leader in your game.
